Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of Baldwin EA digital trading education products are final. Once you complete a purchase, you receive immediate access to PDF guides, learning materials, and bonus content. Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, as access and potential copying may have already occurred.

2. Access and Revocation

Access to purchased content is granted immediately upon successful payment. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time if you violate our Terms of Service, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or reproduction of our materials. Revocation of access does not entitle you to a refund.

3. Exceptional Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

• Technical issues that prevent you from accessing purchased content, and which we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Other circumstances at our sole discretion

4. Unauthorized Use Voids Refund Eligibility

Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or reproduction of our PDFs and content immediately voids any refund eligibility. If we determine that you have shared, distributed, or reproduced our materials in violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances. Such violations may also result in account termination and legal action.

5. Consequences of Violation

Violation of our Terms of Service, including unauthorized distribution of our content, may lead to immediate account termination, revoked access to all purchased materials, blocked future purchases, and pursuit of legal remedies including claims for damages and injunctive relief. We take intellectual property protection seriously.
